Addictive Kung Pao Chicken
More often than not I find the basis for a recipe online and it needs tweaking of the ingredient amounts or preparation directions. This one was fabulous as written with the only change being that I have a fryer and prefer to fry the chicken to cripsy perfection first. It speeds up the process and is more consistent making this the most addictive, silking Kung Pao I've ever had. I doubled the recipe and had no leftovers—that's saying something when the kids plow through it.
